In September 2015, the mandate of the current members of the Board of Trustees will expire and the General Assembly will elect a new Board.
Board of Trustees is composed by the President, and the two Financial Auditors, whose role is to supervise the operations of the Board of Directors, ensuring that such operations do not get into conflict with the interests of the membership at large and does not violate the common law, the legal provisions and the provisions in the articles of association. From today until August 3rd - Call for nomination:
Every delegate representing a member of the VPH Institute (in good standing) will have the possibility to present a candidate for the election. To respond to the call, you will need to send to the VPHi Manager (email@example.com) the following information:
From Aug 5th to Sept 5th - Election held by electronic ballot:
Each delegate representing a member of the Institute will receive the electronic ballot and will be given the possibility to vote. Each member will hold one vote.
Sept 16th - Official announcement
