The Committee on Credible Practice of Modeling & Simulation in Healthcare is an initiative established by a collaboration of government agencies and academic researchers under the Interagency Modeling and Analysis Group (IMAG) and the Multiscale Modeling (MSM) Consortium. Its goal is to  bridge the gap between computational modeling and simulation (M&S) in healthcare research and its translation to clinical research and practice.

In pursuit of its mission, the Committee is surveying the worldwide stakeholder community to help narrow down some simple rules/best practices to guide the use of M&S in healthcare research and practice. Survey questions will:

  • Assess the importance of various rules for the credible practice of M&S
  • Gather participant information, such as your continental geographical location, your professional and educational background, and your familiarity with computational M&S

You are invited to participate in this survey as a potential stakeholder for the utilization of M&S in healthcare. We sincerely appreciate your contribution, which should take no longer than 10 minutes.

The survey site will be available until February 15, 2015.
