On 16 Sept 2015 the General Assembly of the VPH Institute has formally nominated the new members of the Board of Trustees.
Based on the outcome of the recent elections, at its meeting in Paris the General Assembly has formally appointed the members of the Board of Trustees, whose role is to supervise the operations of the Board of Directors, ensuring that such operations respects the rules and do not get into conflict with the interests of the membership at large.
The new elected members are:
For the position of PRESIDENT:
Prof Marco Viceconti (Insigneo Institute for in silico Medicine at the University of Sheffield).
For the position of FINANCIAL AUDITORS:
Prof. Karl A. Stroetmann (empirica Communication & Technology Research)
Prof Jos VANDER SLOTEN (KUL, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven), who is currently at his second mandate.
