The workshop is designed to offer valuable insights that can help shape future training programs and enhance the use of real-world data in regulatory processes.
The European research project Real4Reg is a consortium of ten European institutions dedicated to advancing the use of real-world data (RWD), such as national healthcare registers and claims data, to support regulatory decisions regarding medicines. Real4Reg leverages innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence, to facilitate the effective implementation of RWD in regulatory decision-making and health technology assessment.
Recently, the Real4Reg project conducted a survey designed to gather a view of stakeholders' requirements, knowledge, capacities, and opinions on RWD and real-world evidence (RWE). The survey aimed to identify knowledge gaps that could hinder the successful implementation of RWD/RWE in regulatory and HTA processes.
In this session, we will present the latest findings from our comprehensive survey, providing a unique opportunity to explore stakeholder requirements and opinions. The workshop is designed to offer valuable insights that can help shape future training programs and enhance the use of real-world data in regulatory processes.
