We are proud to announce that the website of the SIMCor project - of which VPHi is part of the consortium - is online!
SIMCor aims to establish a computational platform for in-silico development, validation and regulatory approval of cardiovascular implantable devices. The platform, composed of a virtual cohort generation and validation domain, a device implantation and effect simulation domain, and equipped with a variety of in-silico modelling resources, will represent an open environment for collaborative R&D among device manufacturers, researchers, medical authorities and regulatory bodies.
The SIMCor website is a “living” element, that needs everyone’s contribution to be always
updated on what’s going on in our project, in terms of project milestones and
achievements, but also related research news, job openings, initiatives... so please refer to Federica for any report or information.
