On 24 January 2013, the European Commission launched a call for expression of interest asking experts from a variety of scientific fields to participate in shaping the agenda of Horizon 2020, the European Union's 8th funding framework for research and innovation. This marks the first time that the Commission has launched such a call for its research programme.

Advisory groups will provide high quality and timely advice for the preparation of the Horizon 2020 calls for project proposals. This could provide an opportunity for VPH members who are interested to indirectly promote VPH.

  • Research infrastructures (including e-Infrastructures)

The deadline to respond to this call is 06 March 2013.
